Hence, getting the best affiliates is essential to the success of your business. Here are some tips on how you can attract motivated affiliates who will exert the best efforts to promote your business.

  1. Establish a good payment reputation. Obviously, the best way to attract affiliates would be to offer them the highest payments. However, many affiliates may choose to sign up with you even if you are not the biggest payer as long as you’ve demonstrated that it is easy to earn money under your company and that you pay reliably and on time, with minimal delays. You should also ensure that your affiliates are paid at least on a monthly basis to help them meet the costs of promoting your products.
  2. Offer an easy to understand payout structure that rewards high performers but still offers every affiliate the chance to earn an income. Don’t set conditions under your program that make it hard for your affiliates to meet before they start seeing money. This will not only ensure that you are able to attract a lot of affiliates but also that they have an incentive to perform. While it is true that a relatively small percentage of your affiliates will generate the bulk of your income, this does not mean that you should neglect the ones who produce a small but reliable income for you.
  3. Make your affiliates feel like they are part of a team. One of the worst things that you can do is to make it easy for an affiliate to sign up, and then basically neglect them. It is very important for Filipinos to feel not that they are establishing a relationship with you, and you can achieve this by offering them a way of interacting not only with you but also their fellow affiliates.
  4. Remain consistent in your payment structure and avoid changing it for the sake of making changes. If you have to change the structure, make sure you change it for the better rather than giving your affiliates the perception that you are gaming it for your own benefit.
  5. Improve your conversion rates and pass on the increased earnings to your affiliates. One way you can do this is to create a strong landing site that is more attractive and presents the offer in a clearer and more professional manner. Improving your conversion rates will allow you to make bigger payments to your affiliates without actually having to increase your payment structure.
